Stayed for 4 nights, the hotel was quirky and clean, it had marvellous location in the heart of Venice. Thanks to exceptionally nice staff the atmosphere was elegant. The breakfast in the morning was great and complete with bacon and meat and real scrambled eggs...
Some of the staff were not very helpful.

Quite comfortable stay for a business trip. Fairly clean hotel with marvellous location in Venice so close to the st marks square and doge palace, Antica Locanda al Gambero and a canal. What a very good staff.

Very good location and rooms with view of a canal in which numerous gondolas operate. Very practical is the service of depositing the suitcases if the room cannot yet be paid for.
A lot of stairs up and down to room 208. Hard to carry suitcases.

Nice place overall, kept pretty tidy. Super close to the Vaporetto stop, just a 3-minute walk away – really convenient! the bed is amazingly comfortable, and the bathroom is sleek and up-to-date. Plus, there's a minibar and even a kettle right in the room for that morning coffee fix! ☕
